At SanAura Cosmetics, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We carefully inspect all products before dispatch to ensure the highest quality. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, we are here to help.

📦 Return Conditions

We accept returns only under the following situations:

✔ If the product is damaged during shipping
✔ If the wrong product is delivered
✔ If the product is defective

To be eligible for a return:

• You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
• The product must be unused and in its original packaging
• Proof (image or video) of the issue is required

❌ Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

• Opened or used hair care products
• Herbal oils, shampoos, boosters, kits once unsealed
• Scrunchies or accessories once used

💰 Refund Process

Once your return request is approved:

• We will arrange replacement or refund (as per case)
• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
• Refund will be issued through bank transfer or original payment method

🚚 Shipping Charges

• If the mistake is from our side, shipping will be free
• If return is due to customer preference, shipping charges are non-refundable
